We target and develop niche and up-and-coming markets and secure deals giving landlords NET returns ranging from between 6 -12%; such yields provide high cash flowing portfolios for our clients. We believe the properties we have access to are amongst the best available, they are often off-market and exclusive to CXG. We are also able to offer finance to assist you in acquiring any of your property deals subject to status as Rubert Eckhardt our mortgage adviser is also a Director of CXG Invest.

We can provide our property management service or recommend affiliated managing agents, who, in our opinion, will adhere to the standards of the award winning service provided by CXG. This covers: maintenance, day-to-day management and financial administration.
